Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees of John Wood Community College is the official governing board of the College. Membership is composed of seven trustees elected at-large from the District and one student elected by the student body. Regular board meetings are normally held the third Wednesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. at JWCC, 1301 South 48th Street, Quincy. Board meetings are open to the public.
The next regular meeting of the Board will be held Wednesday, August 20, 2008, at 7 p.m. in the Board Room of the Student/Administrative Center. A special meeting is scheduled for July 30 at 4:00. A regular meeting will then be held again on September 17, followed by the Board Retreat September 22-23.
