Admission Requirements
- Admission to John Wood Community College.
- A minimum Compass Test Reading Score of 65.
- Attendance to a JWCC Nurse Assistant information session.
- Pass a criminal background check (additional $30 fee payable to vendor) as required by Illinois Department of Public Health,
- Submit within the timeframe required by instructor:
- JWCC form verifying completion of a 2-step Mantoux tuberculosis (TB) skin test or annual TB test.
- JWCC form of physical examination indicating good physical and mental health with no weightlifting restrictions.
