Custodian - posted February 5, 2010
The primary responsibility is to provide housekeeping/cleaning services.  Must ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies.  Must follow workplace safety guidelines.  Hours are third shift which are 11 pm to 7:30 am.

Cashier - posted February 5, 2010
This position is responsible to provide afternoon customer service at the window of the Business Office. This includes clerical assistance to the Business Office and assisting with determining account balances, receiving payments, closing cashier account daily and receiving, logging, and preparing deposits for posting. Clerical duties include assisting with mailings, and checking accounts payable documents for accuracy.

Building Services Supervisor - posted January 28, 2010
The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise Building Service Workers during second and third shifts in all John Wood buildings.  Secondary duties include providing housekeeping, maintenance and repair services.  Work may include carpet and furniture cleaning, stripping and waxing floors, cleaning light fixtures and replacing light bulbs, cleaning HVAC supply and return vents.  Duties include performing a wide range of preventative maintenance functions.  This position will assist in employee evaluations, recommendations for repairs needed, or assignment changes for staff and also work to ensure supply inventory is maintained at proper levels.
