FACTS Payment Plan
In an attempt to assist students who cannot pay all of their tuition costs before the start of each semester, John Wood Community College offers a tuition payment plan through FACTS Tuition Management Company. There is a $35.00 non-refundable FACTS enrollment fee each semester the plan is used. With this plan, you authorize FACTS to withdraw directly from your checking or savings account. Payments are withdrawn on the 5th of each month until the balance due the college is paid in full. Monthly payments can also be charged to your VISA, MasterCard or Discover credit card on the 5th of each month. A small convenience fee will be added when using the credit card option.
Note: A $25 missed payment fee will be automatically assessed to your account if an automatic bank or credit card payment is refused by your financial institution or credit card issuer. FACTS will notify you by mail of any missed payments.
How to Enroll
You must enroll for the FACTS payment plan online. Please click on the payment plan brochure below and carefully review it before accessing the FACTS e-Cashier website. Please have the following information ready before enrolling with FACTS:
Students must be registered in classes at John Wood Community College before enrolling in the FACTS Payment Plan.
