The Office of Risk Management & Security is committed to providing the highest level of campus safety and security services possible and has therefore established the “Personal Safety Escort Program”. Any student, faculty or staff member, or visitor of John Wood Community College may request a personal safety escort.

To request a personal safety escort, call the Office of Risk Management & Security by dialing 0 or 224-6500 and provide the exact location where the officer should meet you and the phone number from where you are calling.

A personal safety escort may, and should be requested, any time a person fears for any reason (e.g. after dark, recent threats, snowy/icy conditions, etc.) for his/her personal safety. No requests for escorts will be deemed unreasonable. Personal safety escorts are a FREE service provided by the Office of Risk Management & Security. Personal safety escorts will be provided as soon as possible after the request has been made.
