The primary objective of the John Wood Community College Cheerleading Squad is to promote school spirit at men's and women's intercollegiate athletic events. Any John Wood Community College student is eligible to tryout for the squad. Tryouts are held in the Spring and Fall of every school year. The squad also participates in pep rallies and special athletic recognition ceremonies. Watch for advertising posted around the campus regarding tryouts and cheerleading events.
