Rodney Harvey of Luray, Missouri, won Best of Show in the 2009 9th Annual Photography Show with his entry "Wallflower."
Each May, JWCC celebrates the successes of area photographers with this annual exhibit. The exhibit is the only dedicated photography show for all ages in the Tri-State area and is open to both amateur and professional photographers.
The contest is a collaboration with the Quincy Area Chamber of Commerce and coincides with Quincy's Annual Dogwood Festival. Each year the Chamber gives one photographer a special award for the Best Dogwood Photo.
