Did you forget your SOLAR pin? Have you attempted logging into your SOLAR account too many times and have accidentally disabled it?
Here are two ways you can have your account unlocked, or have your PIN reset:
- Stop by the Help Desk during normal operating hours with a photo ID. You will also need to provide the last four digits of your social security number and your birthday. After that, the Help Desk will be able to reset your PIN or unlock your account.
- If you’re unable to come to campus, you can also call us at 217.641.4325. You will be required to provide the last four digits of your social security number and your birthday, and the Help Desk will reset your PIN or unlock your account.
Once your PIN is reset, please go to the SOLAR login page and login. It will require you to create a new PIN. Once a new PIN is created, you can access SOLAR through BlazerNet like normal.
