Who Should Attend

This workshop is designed for persons holding Illinois state certificates in food service sanitation.  The state now requires these individuals to have five hours of continuing education in order to have their certificates renewed for another five-year period.  It is recommended that participants complete this workshop more than 60 days before their current license expires.  This course will be offered periodically to meet the needs of local certificate holders.

Participants should bring their current sanitation certificate to the workshop.
