Are there time limits on Open Learning Courses?
Yes. We design our courses to be completed in 16 weeks. The college's policy on Incomplete Grades applies to Open Learning as well as face-to-face and Online courses.Will I receive grades for my courses in Open Learning?
Open Learning, like face-to-face classroom sections, enrolls students for either conventional letter grades or Pass/Fail. Your instructor issues the letter grade of A, B, C, D or F upon completion of course requirements. In fact, a grade of F may be given when coursework is not completed at the end of your personal term.How do I drop an Open Learning class?
To drop a course, notify the Open Learning office. You may email your request to olc@jwcc.edu.| Drop within 10 days of your start date | No grade, no record of start |

How do I take my tests?
Take your tests in the Open Learning Testing Room or another area set apart for this purpose. When you and your instructor decide you are ready to take a test, the Testing Room Monitor or your instructor will get the test for you. The monitor will require you to show a photo ID before you receive your test.How do I complete the END OF COURSE EVALUATION?
