Library Philosophy

The John Wood Community College Library supports the College's wide variety of programs, curricula, and educational delivery systems. The Library supports all of the research needs of students, faculty, and staff. The Library will provide a supportive environment for learning along with quality services.

Library Web Site Philosophy

The John Wood Community College Library Web Site will provide quality resources to support the educational programs of the College. The Library Web Site will offer timely information, access to a growing collection of full text articles, and a regularly updated catalog of the Library's print and electronic resources. The Library Web Site will increasingly utilize state of the art technologies to improve access to information for students, faculty, and staff.
