John Wood Community College offers testing services to distance students through its academic Support Center testing room. Distance students may use the testing room services at no cost. You will need an identification card bearing your photograph and your name. Services should be prearranged.

During the school year, testing room services are available from 8:30 AM until 8:30 PM Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, the hours are 8:30 AM to 5 PM. Saturdays, the testing room is open from 9 AM till noon. Saturday hours are observed when the college was open on the previous Friday. If the college is closed for a holiday on Friday the testing room will also be closed on Saturday. 

The testing room is able to accept examinations from distant instructors by fax, express mail, Postal Service, and email. The testing room is also equipped with Internet-connected computers to provide proctored online testing or computerized testing as arranged.
