Kinscherff Adult Education and Learning Center
JWCC Kinscherff Adult Education and Learning Center provides friendly one-on-one instruction to help anyone 16 years of age or over prepare for their GED (equivalent of high school diploma). The center provides reading, writing, math and English as a second language tutoring for JWCC district residents. All services are free and confidential. JWCC can also assist students with job placement following GED testing or tutoring.* The Kinscherff Center also houses the Adams County RSVP (Retired and Senior Volunteer Program).
*Literacy/GED tutoring and job placement services are paid in part by grants from the Dollar General Foundation and Community Foundation of the Quincy area.
