Transcripts

Students applying to John Wood must submit transcripts including all previous college course work and all military credit.  An official transcript from each institution previously attended is required.

It is important that you have official transcripts sent at the earliest possible date.  A delay in submission of all your transcripts could result in enrollment in unnecessary or incorrect courses.

To have a transcript of all credits earned through John Wood Community College sent from JWCC you can print out a request form on-line at http://www.jwcc.edu/students/registration/transcripts.asp or request a transcript through your SOLAR account.  For instructions on logging in to your SOLAR account click here

SMART Transcripts

If you have been in the Navy or Marines must submit a SMART transcript along with official transcripts from any colleges or universities that you have attended.  Information about SMART transcripts can be found at https://www.navycollege.navy.mil/transcript.html

AART Transcripts

If you are in the Army you must request an official military transcript.   To do so, please choose one of the following steps:

1.    Visit the AARTS website

2.    E-mail AARTS at LEAV-AARTS@conus.army.mil

How to Check a course or grade

You can view a grade for any of your JWCC courses through your SOLAR account.  For instructions on how to access that account click here
