CURRENT POSITION:
Since July 2007. Col. Klincar is commander and system chief executive officer responsible for leading and managing the College for Enlisted Professional Military Education (CEPME). His command encompasses the Air Force Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Academy; eight U.S.-based NCO academies; research institute; and the educational programs cadre, which develops curriculum and conducts faculty professional development programs.

Duties include establishing policies for administration, student services, faculty credentialing, and graduation requirements/certification for the Air Force’s entire EPME community. The College produces nearly 80,000 graduates each year.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE:

Community College of the Air Force, Maxwell Air Force Base, Ala.: Commandant (President) – 2 years. This is the world’s largest two-year college system, with more than 330,000 students and 6,500 faculty members. Duties included supervising an administra-tive staff of 99 persons and ensuring that the College’s regional accreditation under Air University was maintained while directing 67 degree programs at 102 affiliated schools.
