What are my JWCC Accounts?
As a student, you have up to three separate institutional accounts at JWCC.  The only thing these three accounts have in common is your account name.  You can (and probably will) have a separate password for each account.

The first account is your SOLAR account, which allows you to access your JWCC information such as grades, course schedules, and account balance.

The second account is your Email account, which gives you access to your JWCC email and serves as your username/password to access certain secure sites on the web page (such as the Off-campus Library Access Page).

If you are taking an online class, you will also have a Tristate Online account, which will give you access to the materials for your online classes.

I try to activate my accounts, but it says that my password has expired!

I changed my password on my SOLAR account.  Why didn't it change on my Email account?
