• RSM (AAS) - Restaurant Management - $9.00 to $12.00/hr
• RSMC (Cert) - Culinary Arts - $10.00 average/hr
• DMC (Cert) - Dietary Manager - $9.00 average/hr
• Salaries for owner/managers are significantly higher. Graduates often pursue owning their own restaurant or catering businesses. Employment with national restaurant chains is also a desirable career path for those open to relocating.
