graduates. Keep in mind that this rate may vary depending on
location, place of employment, and overall state of the economy. For more
information about salary and projected employment rates, see the Illinois Career
Information System Online. Hourly wages below were reported in 2007 by graduates
who had been working in the field for 6 months to a year. Salaries increase with
length of service; overtime or premium wages is often earned for weekend or
evening shifts.
