Caleb Young, Pleasant Hill High School Caleb will major in pre-med at Hannibal-LaGrange College this fall. He plans to pursue a career in the medical research field. His success has been the result of hard work in- and outside the classroom. He participated in track, basketball, cross country, Math Club, Student Council, 4-H, FFA, WYSE, and was chosen to be in the National Honor Society. Three older siblings are presently in college, so winning this scholarship is very helpful to Caleb and his family. |

Leslie Kearby, Southeastern High School Leslie was a valedictorian in her graduating class. Her various extra-curricular activities included Science Club, Yearbook, Drama, class officer, National Honor Society, and Future Career Communication Leaders of America. Leslie has been an ETS tutor for three years. She will attend Illinois State University this fall and major in Mass Communications. |

Jaime Lummis, Pleasant Hill High School Jaime will attend Truman State University this fall and major in Political Science and Communications. Jaime held leadership roles in many of the following activities: Student Council, volleyball, cheerleading, band, Math Club, Language Club, Drama Club, and 4-H. She credits the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Conference for helping her grow as a person. |

Misty Hills, Quincy Notre Dame Misty is from Quincy and is the oldest of six children. Her goal has always been to attend college. Misty plans to attend the Art Institute of Washington in Arlington, Virginia this fall where she will study Art. While at QND, she was on the Yearbook Committee, and participated in chorus and art contests. Misty is a talented artist and a very hard working student. |
