Reasonable

Identifying and Obtaining Academic Adjustments
-
Student discloses
the disability to JWCC staff for referral to Disability Services.

Student provides
recent, appropriate documentation of disability.

Student consults
with the Supervisor of Disabilities Services to decide appropriate
accommodations/adjustments.

Student discloses
to instructor (if desired) and discusses classroom and testing arrangements.
-
Student arranges
implementation of approved adjustments with the Disabilities Assistant and
agrees to follow standard practices.
All students with
disabilities must consult with the Supervisor of Disabilities Services for any
additions, changes, and before each new semester.
