Disability services are of a personal nature, with considerations made on a case-by-case basis. JWCC reserves the right to make good-cause exceptions to its published disability procedures in certain individual circumstances, when warranted. Disability Services must give equal consideration to protecting the rights, needs, and integrity of five entities: students with disability, peer students, faculty, academic programs, and the institution as a whole. |
