RISK MANAGEMENT WORKSHOPS
JWCC's Local Food Program is helping producers and entrpreneurs start and expand businesses in Western Illinois.
Funded by the North Central Risk Management Education Center (NCRMEC), JWCC recently offered small business entrepreneur workshops to assist entrpreneurs plan for business success and growth. Greg Garrett and Jim Boyd of the Illinois Small Business Development Center facilitated these workshops. Workshop materials can be found by following the links on the left navigation bar.
Greg Garrett serves as the director of the Small Business Development Center at Western Illinois University. He is a business instructor at Robert Morris University and Spoon River College. Jim Boyd is a business owner and consultant for the Small Business Development Center.
