How to Register for JDUB Academy

In order to register for JDUB Academy you will need to complete the registration form.  All forms: registration, waiver, and payment are due no later than one week prior to the class start date.  Late registrations will not be accepted.  Registration forms may be hand delivered, faxed 217.641.4191, or sent in with a cashier's check, money order or personal check, made payable to John Wood Community College, or provide credit card information as indicated on the registration form.

Registrations will be accepted at each location (shown above).

Mailed-Registration Forms

The Registration Form should be mailed to each location no later two weeks prior to the class beginning dates.  This will allow us to check class registration to see if the class is still available.  Incomplete registration forms will be returned without action.


Cancellations with full refund will be accepted up to one week prior to class.  Any cancellations received after this will not receive a refund.
