Tai Chi for Health -Student Activity Center – G112
Tai Chi is comprised of gentle, slow motion, connected movements that reduce stress and pain and improve mood, memory, heart health, and other chronic conditions. The Mayo Clinic, Harvard Medical School, The CDC, among others, recommend Tai Chi for general health and several chronic conditions.
