Art and Science of Mindfulness for Stress Management  

 

This series will focus on the practice of mindfulness for managing stress. Learn mindfulness techniques to incorporate into your everyday life.  In these interactive classes: Session 1 will introduce relaxing and healing mindfulness techniques and will explain how it helps with relaxation and reduces stress. Sessions 2 and 3 will build on that knowledge and show you how to put it into practice. No prior experience needed!
