Explore mindfulness meditation techniques to incorporate into your everyday life with this interactive four session class. Session one will begin with an introduction to this relaxing and healing meditation technique, and will highlight how it improves relaxation and reduces negative responses to stress. Sessions two, three, and four will continue to build on that knowledge and show you how to put it into practice. No prior experience needed! Requirement: Yoga mat and comfortable clothing.
