Sustainable Local Foods' open house, farm tours, and tasting at the Greenhouse on the South end of campus. Taste finger foods made from campus grown produce, crafted by Shubhangi's Kitchen. Sample Indian and American cuisine while learning about the courses, certificate, and farm lab space of the Sustainable Local Foods program.
