Yoga for the Athlete: Session 9

Any athletic group is welcome. Class includes poses that emphasize stretching, balance, strength, and the development of conscious awareness of the body, its actions and agile mental absorption and feedback. Careful attention is given to proper breathing instruction (Pranayama). Meditation works on the ability to keep centered and to reset one's focus. Please bring your own yoga mat and dress appropriately. This class meets 12 times. Location:  Student Activity Center
