Job Description


O’Connor Financial Group is a full-service RIA and financial planning firm who strives to help our clients achieve financial contentment. We are seeking an individual to join our group in a part time role assisting our Client Services Director with various service needs. You should apply if you are highly detail oriented, have relevant work experience in client service or operational work and are seeking a remote job with flexible hours. The ideal candidate would be able to work a few hours each day or 15 – 20 hours per week most weeks. The ideal candidate also would have proficient technology skills, a desire to service clients with excellence and strong communication skills.



  • Prepare required paperwork and facilitate client account opening with our custodian.
  • Account Servicing such as processing withdrawals, beneficiary updates, address changes, etc. with limited assistance.
  • Preparing required paperwork for routine account updates and account changes



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Dedicated work ethic and strong organizational skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize projects and requests, and sustain a high level of attention to detail
  • Must possess excellent technology skills and be proficient using Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with DocuSign or similar technology platforms



  • Preferred 3+ years of experience supporting a Registered Investment Advisor or financial services firm or relevant service experience i.e. professional services, law firm, etc.
  • Working knowledge of money movements, ACH and wire transfers
  • Proficiency in Redtail CRM, TD Ameritrade Institutional Platform systems a plus.
