Job Description

Job Functions
• Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Process Customer Requests involving their life insurance and annuity products including beneficiary changes, death claim payments, policy loans, withdrawals, and surrenders.
• Calculate policy values for each of the above type of customer requests.
• Comply with data privacy laws and procedures as well as computer security policies when handling customer personal data, banking information, etc.

Requirements
• Prior customer service work experience
• Prior experience with annuities, life insurance or other financial instruments is a plus but not required
• Basic understanding and experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Able to work onsite in our Quincy, IL office
