We are looking for an office manager. Job duties include.
1. Answer phone and take messages
2. Book keeping, Payroll, pay bills……Etc. (knowledge of Quickbooks is a must)
3. being a self starter and multi tasking is definite plus
We are a small office with a few employees that do a variety of different jobs. So some days we may be very busy and others not so much. We work from 8 to 4:30 5 days a week. We would like to find that (self starter) that can take advantage of the slow times to organize files, office…Etc.
