  2. New hire training and orientation
  3. Administer and enforce internal cash controls and procedures
  4. Administer and enforce inventory controls
  5. Maintain daily and weekly revenue reports
  6. Weekly purchasing of all liquor, beer, wine and beverage supplies
  7. Maintain proper sanitation and Health Department standards
  8. Maintain proper maintenance schedule for all food and beverage department equipment and supplies
