Job Description

We are looking for a Graphic Designer that can create visible images to be used in print and online. Our company is the industry leader in moving the needle forward with advertising and producing eye catching printed material. This person must possess the skills necessary to define the overall story and represent the Whitetail Properties Real Estate brand and materials in a positive and superior light and also be an expert with Adobe InDesign. This position is also highly demanding, therefore this person must be very organized, accurate and able to handle intense workloads throughout the year.

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, with a focus in graphic design required.
  • Expert in primarily Adobe InDesign and Illustrator; secondarily Photoshop in Windows environment.
  • Experience working with online collaboration tools such as Adobe Acrobat Suite 5, Dropbox, WeTransfer and internal file sharing systems.
  • Skillfully handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of typography, color and production standards.
  • Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube platforms is a plus.
  • Strong copywriting skills for ads, marketing materials, and social media content is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate to all levels of an organization, verbally and in writing; remotely and in person.
  • Ability to work well and communicate with a diverse group of people and also work independently.
  • Ability to provide services with a high level of integrity.
  • Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers and management within areas of responsibility.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management.
  • General knowledge of hunting and the outdoors is a plus.


  • Employ color, type, photography, and various print and layout techniques when designing projects.
  • Work closely with agents regarding custom and routine advertising that maintains the company brand and enhances the agents’ sales profile.
  • Develop the layout and production design for magazines, covers, newspapers, journals, and other publications.
  • Retouch and improve all photography and agent pictures.
  • Create promotional displays, packaging, marketing brochures.
  • Maintain archived images, photos, or previous products.
  • Study illustrations and photographs to plan presentation materials.
  • Research new software and design concepts.
  • Develop Trade Show materials including flyers, booths, table throws, etc.
  • Burn and duplicate DVDs for listings and sponsors
  • Design needed office materials including monthly PowerPoint, new letters, etc.
  • Perform other duties as required.
