Essential Responsibilities and Job Duties: Provide individual and group counseling to DV/SA clients Respond to on-call duties Provide necessary advocacy services Provide professional trainings & public education Supervise Pike County Advocate Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation Other duties that support the Quanada mission

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or other related discipline • Two years of experience in a human services field • Achievement of the Illinois Certified Domestic Violence Professional credential within two years of hire. • Completion of required counseling and advocacy training through the Illinois Coalition Against Sexual Assault within one year of hire. • Valid driver’s license • Knowledge of diverse community resources • Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal and intergroup relationships involving people of diverse backgrounds • Ability to effectively interact and network with professionals in the fields of healthcare and criminal/civil justice
