ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supervises Engineering staff, including scheduling team members to ensure adequate coverage is available. Responsible for all aspects of maintenance equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, and electrical systems. Maintains and operates equipment at optimum effectiveness, efficiency and safety. Ensures compliance with all Facilities department policies, standards and procedures. Orders and purchases new equipment, supplies and furnishings. Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, and the replacement of furnishing and equipment. Maintains accurate logs and records are required. Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Maintain neat and friendly appearance at all times inclusive of all job areas, using cover clothing when needed to maintain clean appearance.
Multiple years experience in Facilities Management preferably in Hotels or Casinos.
