Responsibilities include: Answers phone regarding shortages, overages and pick-ups. Keys in credits, build-ups and pick-ups. Prints shelf tags and price books. Assists sales and customers with item inquiries and ordering.
Requirements include: High school education or up to 18 months of job-related training beyond high school. Two to three years customer relations experience. Experience with computers and 10-key required. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent interpersonal skills and deadline driven preferred.
