Professional office offering investment advisory services needs a dedicated employee for a challenging position. Exceptional administrative and organizational skills are required. Applicant must have impeccable honesty and integrity. Strong communication skills are a must as the Administrative Office Assistant communicates daily with clients and other businesses. Knowledge of computers with office applications is necessary. Attention to detail a prerequisite.
An energetic, confident and motivated individual preferred. Experience in marketing on social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter would be a real plus.
