Professional office offering investment advisory services needs a dedicated employee for a challenging position. Exceptional administrative and organizational skills are required. Applicant must have impeccable honesty and integrity. Strong communication skills are a must as the Administrative Office Assistant communicates daily with clients and other businesses. Knowledge of computers with office applications is necessary. Attention to detail a prerequisite.

An energetic, confident and motivated individual preferred. Experience in marketing on social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter would be a real plus.

Foundation Financial Concepts, LLC is an independent investment advisory firm based in Quincy, Illinois and a second office in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. We serve clients all over the nation with an emphasis in the Tri-State area surrounding the greater Gem City region and the greater Hopkinsville, KY and Clarksville, TN metropolitan area. Our firm offers investment advisory services and products, including stocks, mutual funds, bonds, fixed & variable annuities, real estate investment trusts (REITS) and alternative investments. Our in-house technical analysis service is the only service of its kind in the area, giving our firm decisive advantages over the standard services offered by our local competitors.

As the Administrative Office Assistant you will have a variety of tasks in a fast-paced office situation including but not limited to:

  • Answering telephones and corresponding with clients
  • Assisting the broker with completing investment paperwork and following through with the processing of each application and other client related tasks
  • Planning and inviting clients and prospective clients to seminar events
  • Planning and inviting clients and prospective clients to webinar events hosted by Foundation Financial Concepts LLC
  • Submitting correspondence, letters, invitations, posts on social media, group email for compliance approval
  • Posting on social media, sending group email newsletters, invitations, blogs under the careful guidance of the Investment Advisor Representative
  • Basic office duties requiring the knowledge of computers, fax machines and other office equipment
  • Making sure daily office tasks run smoothly and office is organized
  • Working with excel spreadsheets on tasks directed by the Investment Advisor Representative
  • Assisting Portfolio Manager in placing trades with large sums of money


  • Work hours during the 30-day trial period will likely be about 30 hours per week during the daytime on Monday through Friday. Then the position will transition to a full-time 40-hour work week
  • The initial salary commensurate of your skillset with significant upside potential. A Simple IRA will be available in the second year of employment.
