Job Description

Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations.

 

Minimum Education
High School Diploma/G.E.D.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.

Sr Svc Agent/Non-DOT PT
MONDAY – FRIDAY 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
$15.89 hr plus benefit
