Responsible for the maintenance of building structure, all mechanical equipment, furnishings and fixtures contained therein, and all grounds.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Valid driver’s license.
Education and/or Experience
Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school plus 4 or more years related experience; OR 6 or more years trades experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience and knowledge required with building remodeling, mechanical equipment, case works, furniture construction, wall-covering, plumbing, electrical, painting and flooring.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of all building mechanical equipment.
Responsible for cleaning up spills and accidents in facility and on grounds.
Responsible for building and grounds maintenance, repairs, installations, redecorations and improvements.
Responsible for furniture and fixture repairs and placement.
May provide input when requesting building maintenance services, equipment and supplies.
Responsible for updating and maintaining assigned Maintenance Department records.
Responds to building and maintenance emergencies, as necessary.
