12 Week Session Part of New Flexible Scheduling at JWCC
John Wood Community College’s 12-week session is opening doors for students to complete degrees with more flexibility. Transfer students and adults have the opportunity to start general education classes in psychology, statistics, math, music appreciation and speech beginning September 18, which is four weeks after the traditional fall semester.
Existing students can also take advantage of the 12-week option to enroll in popular general education classes which filled prior to the August start date.
In addition to the 12-week session, another eight-week online course session will start October 18 as part of the College’s 2x2 program, which allows students to take two classes at a time to complete a degree entirely online. Open learning classes will also be offered in the eight-week format.
