12 Week Session Part of Flexible Scheduling at JWCC
John Wood Community College’s 12-week session is opening doors for students to complete degrees with more flexibility. Transfer students and adults have the opportunity to start general education classes in math, introduction to computers, welding, music appreciation and speech beginning September 16, which is four weeks after the traditional start of the fall semester.
Existing students can also take advantage of the 12-week option to add in additional classes to their schedules.
In addition to the 12-week session, another eight-week online course session will start October 16 as part of the College’s online degree program, which allows students to take two classes at a time to complete a degree entirely online. Open learning classes will also be offered in the eight-week format.
