JWCC Business & Industry Training Offering Cybersecurity Workshop on July 12

 John Wood Community College Business and Industry Training, in conjunction with Western Illinois University and the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunities Broadband Ready Grant, is offering a Cybersecurity Workshop on July 12 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at JWCC’s Workforce Development Center, 4220 Kochs Lane, Quincy.

Cybersecurity is a critical issue in today’s world and now is the time to take advantage of this free workshop to learn more.  Encouraged to attend are non-profit organizations, small businesses and the general public.

Learn about best practices to stay safe from malware, ransomware, phishing, identity theft and other cybersecurity related issues.
