His background as a production manager, manufacturing engineer and as a manager of U.S. order desk sales has given Kurt a multi-faceted perspective. Ashley is based in Chicago and focuses on the people aspect within an organization. She assists in the implementation and enhancement of human resources needs such as addressing talent management systems. More specifically, Ashley improves and creates hiring processes, onboarding processes, professional development training, feedback tools, and incentive programs. Ashley also consults and coaches senior management in human resources topics relating to daily policies and procedures. She uses her skills and knowledge she gained from earning her BA in Psychology and MS in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.

As an adjunct instructor in the Business division at the University of Missouri-St Louis, Lisa teaches professional communications skills to undergraduates. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Stephens College, a Master's degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University, and specializes in business development, train-the-trainer, leadership, and employee engagement.

Jana White is Alpine Security's COO and a Trainer. Her certifications include Security+, CyberSec First Responder (CFR), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI), Certified Authorization Professional (CAP), and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Jana's background experience includes compliance, auditing, loss prevention, penetration testing, project management, and social engineering. Jana is certified as a Crime Scene Evidence Technician, and incorporates her experiences in banking and Crime Scene Evidence collection into her courses as a trainer for Alpine Security. In her spare time, Jana is a member of the 501st Legion, an international Star Wars costuming organization that focuses on promoting an interest in Star Wars through screen accurate costuming, and performing charity work and volunteering all over the world. Jana also studies Japanese, with the hope of passing the JLPT Nl exam someday.

With 30 years’ experience in the training and development industry Sue has spent her time designing, developing, and delivering training in the US and abroad. Sue holds a MA in Sociology and has designed over 60 modules of training for use by manufacturing and service organizations. As a workforce development specialist at Tooling U-SME, Sue works to build partnerships between local educational institutions and manufacturers to build flexible training solutions that help fill the skills gap. She has been employed by several training and development organizations throughout her career, including AchieveGlobal, VisionPoint, and BizLibrary. She has delivered training at 2 and 4-year schools as adjunct faculty and as a corporate facilitator in WI, NC, and TN and holds several facilitation certifications. As organizational strategies have changed to allow for greater alignment to their workforce training needs Sue has been involved in the redesign of courses resulting in competency-based design and increased flexibility for skill attainment. Sue resides with her husband and two children in Sussex, WI.
