Introduction to Reiki – First Degree Certification – D022
Reiki, meaning “Universal Life Force Energy” in Japanese, is a gentle relaxation technique that supports the body’s natural ability to heal. In this First-Degree Reiki course, students will be introduced to the principles and techniques of Reiki and receive their First-Degree Attunement. By the end of the course, you’ll be able to practice Reiki on yourself, as well as on family, friends, pets, and even plants. This class includes hands-on practice and foundational instruction in energy work.
Students will purchase the book from instructor prior to the start of class. Please bring a personal blanket for comfort during the course as well as a sack lunch and drink for Friday & Saturday.
