Career Services is located on our main campus in the Paul Heath Community Education and Fine Arts Center, D Building in room D124. We also have drop in office hours each month at the Southeast Education Center in Pittsfield and the Mt. Sterling Education Center in Mt. Sterling. Please check the events calendar for scheduled dates and times.

The Adams County Workforce Initiative is staffed by the Great River Economic Development Foundation, John Wood Community College, United Way of Adams County, West Central Region Education for Employment System #240, and the Workforce Board of Western Illinois. The O*NET Program is the nation’s primary source of occupational information. Valid data are essential to understanding the rapidly changing nature of work and how it impacts the workforce and U.S. economy. From this information, applications are developed to facilitate the development and maintenance of a skilled workforce.
