Welcome to Career Services! The JWCC Career Services team is committed to helping you achieve success.  Our mission is to provide guidance and support in all areas of career development.  Our services are complimentary for JWCC students and community members.

 FREE services we provide:

  • Career Cruising is an assessment tool that helps match your interests, skills, and talents with a career field
  • Professional resume and cover letter assistance
  • Participate in mock interviews
  • Job Link is a resource provided by John Wood Community College used to connect job seekers with local employment opportunities in the tri-state area

Career Services is located on our main campus in the Paul Heath Community Education and Fine Arts Center, D Building in room D124.  Appointments are available at the Southeast Education Center in Pittsfield and the Mt. Sterling Education Center in Mt. Sterling.

Valid data are essential to understanding the rapidly changing nature of work and how it impacts the workforce and U.S. economy. From this information, applications are developed to facilitate the development and maintenance of a skilled workforce.
