John Wood Faculty and Staff Art Show on Display at Quincy Campus

John Wood Community College’s Heath Center Art Gallery will feature the artwork of faculty and staff through October 2.  The gallery is located in the lower level of the Paul Heath Fine Arts and Community Education Center on the Quincy campus at 48th and Harrison. Masking and social distancing are required while on the JWCC campus.

The display will include paintings, photography, prints and other mixed media by local artists, including work from Steven Soebbing, Larry Siwek, Chris Wiewel and Addie Seabarkrob.

Another upcoming art show scheduled for the Heath Center Art Gallery will feature the works of Nick Sorrill, a JWCC and Culver-Stockton alum. The Sorrill exhibit will take place October 13 through November 13.

The public is invited to view artwork during regular college hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some pieces are for sale. For more information about the Heath Center Art Gallery contact Jenna Seaborn at artgallery@jwcc.edu.
