JWCC to Host Semifinal and Championship Games of Regional 24 Men’s Basketball Tournament

John Wood Community College will host the Division II Region 24 Men’s Basketball Tournament Final Four on Saturday, March 7 and Sunday, March 8 at the Student Activity Center, located on the Quincy campus at 1301 S. 48th Street.

The final region records and seeding for the 2019-20 season are:

#1 John Wood 8-2

#2 Danville Area 6-4

#3 Parkland 6-4

#4 Illinois Central 5-5

#5 Rend Lake 5-5

#6 Lincoln Land 0-10

Wednesday quarterfinal games will be held at the highest seed. Semifinal games will be held on March 7th at JWCC at 1:00pm/3:00pm and on March 8 at 2:00 p.m will be the championship game, held at John Wood Community College. The winner of the tournament will advance to the NJCAA DII Men’s National Tournament, which will be held in Danville, IL the week of March 16th.
