A Facebook Ad Management class will be offered by John Wood Community College Business and Industry Training on Tuesday, December 8, from 9:00 a.m. to noon. The class is open to the public, no application is necessary, but individuals are required to make a reservation to attend.  The class will take place at JWCC’s Workforce Development Center, located at 4220 Kochs Lane in Quincy.

This hands-on workshop will cover preparing a website for Facebook Ads, the most important Facebook ad types and goals for small business and non-profits, Facebook targeting options, the algorithm, and how to create custom audiences, optimize budgets and ad schedule, and Evergreen ad options that can run for months with little effort.

As part of the workshop participants will create an ad campaign from start to finish. To get the most from this workshop, each student should already have a Facebook Business Page and be signed up for a Facebook Ad Account prior to class.

The course will be presented by Andrew Skattebo with BrickStreet Data Systems. Participants will be asked to wear face coverings and social distancing will be maintained. The cost is $50 per person. For more information or to RSVP, contact the Workforce Development Center at 217-641-4971, or email wdc@jwcc.edu.
