JWCC to Offer Forklift Training Class at the Workforce Development Center December 1

John Wood Community College Workforce Development Center will offer a Forklift class on Wednesday, December 1, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The class is open to the public. No application is necessary.  Individuals are required to make a reservation to attend. The class will take place at JWCC’s Workforce Development Center, 4220 Kochs Lane, Quincy.

This course consists of classroom and hands-on training. The classroom portion covers general forklift safety, forklift statistics and incident review, and the most common forklift mistakes, while the hands-on training prepares the participant to safely and competently operate a forklift. The cost is $75 per person.
