JWCC Workforce Development Center offering Forklift class

John Wood Community College Workforce Development Center will offer a Forklift class on Wednesday, April 14, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The class is open to the public, no application is necessary, but individuals are required to make a reservation to attend. The class will take place at JWCC’s Workforce Development Center, 4220 Kochs Lane, Quincy.

This course consists of classroom and hands-on training. The classroom portion covers general forklift safety, forklift statistics and incident review and the most common forklift mistakes. The hands-on training prepares the participant to operate a forklift safely and competently.
